Borosilicate Glass | Hands-On Session Class Size: Max 2 students Chill out at the torch and warm up your skills in this intermediate flameworking class at Sage Studios, where you’ll create your own glass snowman sculpture using borosilicate glass. This class is perfect for students who are comfortable with basic torchwork and ready to refine their sculpting and assembly techniques. You’ll learn how to form stacked shapes, add expressive features like hats, scarves, noses, and buttons, and build stable, balanced characters that capture personality and charm. What you’ll learn:
Shaping and stacking spherical forms
Clean joining and alignment techniques
Sculpting accessories and facial features
Flame control for small detail work
Working with color for contrast and decoration
Structural tips for standing or hanging snowmen
